The EMERGE Leadership Project is dedicated to building your capacity to lead change thoughtfully, and perhaps more importantly, effectively.
In this brief course, you’ll be introduced to a strategic leadership approach that emphasizes collaboration, service and inclusion, and is founded on proven principles of behavioral change and systems thinking, as well as experience in the field of sustainable activism. Unlike many top-down leadership perspectives, with this approach, one could and should, lead from “any chair.” The model underlying the EMERGE approach consists of three components — Leadership, Change, and Community — and is intended to provide a framework for systemic transformation.
You’ll leave with an understanding of why this type of strategic leadership is needed now more than ever and discover ways for you to begin building your capacity to lead change thoughtfully, and perhaps more importantly, effectively.
