The Living Community Patterns are tools that were developed to aid planners and community workers in applying Living Community Challenge principles to neighborhood planning. This webinar will go through key patterns and case studies from two neighborhood workshops (in San Francisco and Seattle) in which the patterns were used.

Learning Objectives

  1. Learn about the Living Community Patterns.
  2. Understand how to use Patterns in your own work.
  3. Achieve basic understanding of carrying capacity analysis and its use in planning.
  4. Discover additional Living Community resources to aid in future projects.

This workshop is approved for 1 AIA LU|HSW credit, 1 GBCI CEs, and 1 Living Future Accreditation (LFA) hour.
