Are you looking for a way to diversify your green building design & delivery skills? Interested in learning about an incredibly rigorous, science-based building method that is all over Europe and gaining traction in the U.S.? Are you familiar with the PassivHaus design method and always wondered how it could be applied to commercial buildings? Then you might be interested in an intensive 5-day course that will prepare professionals for becoming either a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD) or Consultant (CPHC).
Green Building Alliance is hosting 2 full-week CPHD courses in Pittsburgh in 2017 – one in May and one in September. While there, you’ll learn from Pittsburgh-based trainers who trained with Germany’s PassivHaus Institute – and be eligible to take the exam yourself! Long on the green building forefront, Pittsburgh is a fun, affordable city with a large variety of green buildings (LEED, Living Building Challenge, Passive House, & a 2030 District!) to visit while you’re here. Please join us for this training where you’ll build new technical skills, gain a new professional credential, explore a new city, and make new friends and colleagues from across the country.
