EMERGE Leadership training has been called “life-altering” and has helped sustainable building practitioners and activists from around the country launch policy initiatives and commercial enterprises, navigate professional career transitions, and initiate community projects and more. This action-packed workshop presents a strategic model of leadership that is specifically designed for those hoping to achieve greater success moving our organizations and communities towards a truly sustainable future. This workshop introduces the EMERGE Leadership model, showcases examples of the emergent leadership approach in action, while providing ample opportunity to discuss what this means for workshop participants in their professional and personal lives. An in-depth scenario activity will prepare participants to apply emergent collaboration. Participants who register by April 1, 2018 will receive a FREE copy of “EMERGE: A Strategic Leadership Model for the Sustainable Building Community.”

NOTE: Living Future 18 pre-conference workshops, summits and tours are open to both conference attendees looking to add onto their experience and non-conference attendees seeking to attend.
