Join the DC Living Building Challenge Collaborative to learn how the team working on the new American Geophysical Union Building utilized innovative design strategies to transform the building into a living representation of AGU’s mission, science, and purpose. The project is targeting LEED Platinum and Net Zero Energy Building (NZEB) Certification, a standard developed and proctored by the International Living Future Institute to push the boundaries of traditional development.

Tour leader, Lindsey Falasca, LFA, and LEED AP of Hickok Cole Architects was instrumental in driving design of this exciting new building in the heart of Washington DC’s Dupont Circle.
