Ali O'Neill

Co-Founder and Co-Owner, O'Neill Construction Group


Ali O’Neill is a co-founder of O’Neill Construction Group, one of Oregon’s largest minority-owned construction firms. She is responsible for day-to-day and strategic management, financial oversight and budgeting for the company’s general construction operations. She has recently served as Project Manager for Meyer Memorial Trust HQ, Japanese American Museum of Oregon, USPS TI Relocation, and the Asian Health and Service Center. Ali serves as board treasurer for Oregon Tradeswomen, and is currently serving on the Infrastructure Recovery Panel for the National Skills Coalition and the Prevailing Wage Advisory Committee for the State of Oregon. Ali received a BS from Saint Anselm College and has worked in construction for 24 years.
