Krystal is a highly accomplished professional with over eight years of experience in strategic planning, relationship building, and project management. In her role at the American Road & Transportation Builders Association, she significantly enhanced revenue and engagement through innovative membership strategies and effective relationship management.

At the American Society of Interior Designers, she impressively managed accounts totaling $10M and reversed a customer service backlog, showcasing her exceptional problem-solving skills and dedication to client satisfaction. She also supported the IP team with overall responsibility for extracting and compiling membership data and stats to be used to inform business decisions related to retention and growth of ASID membership.

Her tenure at the Casualty Actuarial Society was marked by significant non-dues revenue growth and notable process improvements, reflecting her ability to drive organizational efficiency and financial success. Krystal also made impactful contributions at Premara Bank, excelling in customer service and financial product marketing, further highlighting her versatile skills and customer-centric approach.

An alumnus of Frostburg State University, Krystal earned her BS in Business Administration with a minor in HR Management, laying a strong foundation for her professional journey. She is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing an MPS in Data Analytics and Visualization at the Maryland Institute College of Art, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead in her field.

Krystal is currently the member engagement specialist at ILFI charged with enhancing member services, building relationships, and enhancing engagement through innovative initiatives. She currently lives in Washington, DC with her partner Eric and German Shepherd, Midnight and is an avid brunch-er.
