Nick Jeffries is a Technical Advisor for the Living Future Institute, providing guidance and support on the circularity aspects of the Living Product Challenge.
Based in the UK, Nick is a chartered environmental civil engineer with over a decade of experience on commercial water, urban master planning, and landscape projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He also spent several years managing international development and humanitarian programs in the Global South. After completing a Master’s in Renewable Energy in the Built Environment in Wales, Nick helped establish Futurepump, an award-winning low-cost solar irrigation technology. Most recently, he worked as a senior expert in the insight and analysis department of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, supporting organisations on their circular economy transition and delivering thought-leadership initiatives on food systems, climate, water, and the built environment.
In his personal time, Nick enjoys foraging, running and exploring local coves on his bike boat.
