Sam is part of the Operations team at ILFI. They provide both operations support and IT support across all teams at the Institute, assisting with onboarding, software training, and culture building.
Originally from New Jersey, and a graduate of Belmont University, Sam works remotely from Jacksonville, FL after living in Seattle for the last 5 years. They have worked as a customer service manager, production coordinator, and administrator but their love of operations and desire to be a part of an organization that is working to create real and lasting change in our environment is what drew them to ILFI. In their free time Sam can be found at the beach, playing trivia, watching movies, and spending time with their family.
