Nora Rizzo, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, LFA, is the Founding Principal of Responsible Sourcing Lab, where she advises organizations on risk assessment and implementation strategies to build resilient projects, strengthen global supply chains, and advance climate and social impact. A recognized leader in the built environment, Nora brings deep expertise in human rights due diligence, corporate sustainability, and responsible procurement across the construction sector. Most recently, she helped advance industry-wide adoption of the Design for Freedom movement through material research, standards development, and cross-sector collaboration.
