We’ll be bringing together three incredible Living Building champions – Amanda Brookes (President, Catalyst Partners), Lauren McNeill (Sr. Sustainability Consultant, Group14), and Scott Kelly (Principal, Re:Vision) – to share their collective wisdom on LBC project management accumulated through multiple successful certifications. Our intrepid moderator, Andrea Cooper (Vice President of Special Projects, ILFI), will lead our panelists in diving into specifics on everything from cost concerns, scheduling tips, and contract mechanisms to securing the buy-in of your project owner and team.

• Attendees will be able to describe strategies for securing the buy-in of their project team on achieving Living Building Challenge Certification, Petal Certification, or Core Green Building Certification. 
• Attendees will be able to discuss major factors contributing to the cost premium of Living, Petal, and Core projects, as well as opportunities for reducing that cost premium. 
• Attendees will be able to predict how schedule development and management for projects pursuing Living, Petal, or Core certification will need to diverge from that of a “typical” project. 
• Attendees will be able to explain how contract documents can be used to support successful Living, Petal, or Core certification.
