In his role within the Impact team, Jed supports and encourages project teams in pursuing ILFI’s building certification standards including the Living Building Challenge, Zero Carbon, and Zero Energy. He takes pride in guiding teams that are assessing feasibility through the pre-registration stage.

Jed attained his Bachelor’s degree in Ecosystem Science and Policy from the University of Miami. During that time, he gained experience in the realm of urban green-spaces, and developed specific interests in geological science and environmental justice pertaining to the built environment. He has since added to his professional experience in sales, administration, and customer service before joining ILFI.

Jed aligned with ILFI due to his belief that as necessary components of the human environment, it is imperative to the health of the planet that buildings exert restorative force.
