Lauren McNeill
Associate Principal, Group14 Engineering, PBC
Lauren McNeill has an educational background in environmental economics and public policy. Throughout her education, Lauren focused on the business case for conservation and resiliency. The tremendous impact that the buildings have on the natural environment led Lauren to explore a career in the AEC industry. Lauren now has over 14 years of experience with Group14 Engineering, PBC – a woman-owned sustainability consulting firm – where she works as an Associate Principal and project manager.
Lauren has been an active supporter of ILFI for over a decade as past Ambassador and a current Regional Community Leader for Colorado. Lauren is the sustainability consultant to several projects leveraging ILFI rating systems – including multiple projects utilizing creative water reuse and rainwater capture – a particular challenge locally due to Colorado Water Law. She looks forward to contributing a unique perspective to the Water TAG being from the arid West.
