Alicea (“Ali”) Meredith is an Environmental Toxicologist at MBDC. As a Material Health Assessor for the Cradle to Cradle Certification, she leads and verifies material health assessments across MBDC’s entire project portfolio, with extensive experience and interest in built environment products. Her previous roles in industry, academia, and the federal government—as a bench scientist, product steward, and regulatory toxicologist—provide her with a well-rounded perspective on material health and chemical regulation.

She holds an MSc in Environmental and Molecular Toxicology from Oregon State University and a BS in Environmental Chemistry from Stockton University.

In her personal time, Ali enjoys making art, riding bikes, gardening, and going for a surf.
