Esteban Martinez

Esteban Martinez is an architect and civil engineer from the University of los Andes, with a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Design from the Boston Architectural College and complimentary studies in Sustainable Urbanism from the Rotterdam School of Architecture (Netherlands) and Advanced HVAC design by ASHRAE (Atlanta, GA). Esteban is a LEED Fellow (former and still LEED AP BD&C & O+M), LEED for C&C advisor, WELL AP, Green Rater, Edge Expert, Living Future Accredited Professional, Regenerative Practitioner and Certified Building Commissioning Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers.
He is the Co-Founder, COO and current Sustainability Director of Green Loop LLC. Esteban has specific experience in sustainability through over 600 different projects representing more than 70 million square feet, located in Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Panama, El Salvador and EEUU, as well as through engaging as the sustainability consultant leader, energy modeler, and Commissioning Agent.
