Clark Brockman

Clark Brockman, AIA, LEED Fellow is one of SERA’s Principals focused on sustainability, and a champion for climate-responsive design in the built environment. Co-founder of SERA’s Sustainability Resources Group (SuRG), Clark is an experienced speaker, facilitator and passionate advocate who has helped lead the firm’s continuing evolution in the arenas of high performance buildings and district scale infrastructure, while also working outside the firm on multiple sustainability initiatives and policy efforts designed to transform the market.

He is a LEED Fellow, past Chair of the Cascadia Green Building Council, and a past founding board member of the International Living Future Institute. He keynotes nationally and internationally on the impact of the built environment on climate change, and serves as a green building policy advisor to cities, counties, regional governments, states, national organizations and the federal government. He is a member of advocacy committees for AIA COTE National and the ZERO Coalition, and was an invited participant to the 2021 Leadership Summit for Climate, Wood & Forests. Clark is a GSA Professional Peer and served as a juror for the 2012 AIA COTE Top 10 national sustainable design awards.
