Danielle is part of the Communications team at ILFI. She provides communications and marketing expertise and manages our web properties.

Danielle was born and raised in Wichita, KS and went to college in Savannah, GA. While studying visual effects and cinematography at Savannah College of Art and Design, she came out as transgender and shifted her focus to public service and social justice. Danielle has lived in Seattle for 6 years now and loves to use her natural afinity for storytelling to make a real and significant impact in issues surrounding social justice and equity, ultimately leading her to ILFI.

In her free time, Danielle can be found tinkering with 3D printers and electronics, watching Star Wars, and longboarding or hiking if it’s a nice day.
