Dennis is retired from Gerding Edlen Development (now Green Cities Development Co.), where he was Vice President. He spent 50 years in architecture, urban planning, construction and real estate development. His passion from the outset was to focus on sustainable practices and how to create a viable future for human existence on this planet.
