Erica has been with Arch Nexus since 2017. She started as the Operations Support Specialist in the firm’s Sacramento office. She successfully operated the firm’s office during the Living Building challenge performance period, and continues to operate the building the same way. She has since become the Regenerative Operations Manager for Architectural Nexus firmwide. Her passion in regenerative operations helps encourage occupants to change their behaviors. Erica has used her knowledge of regenerative building systems to consult with other projects on the best approaches for regenerative operations at the commercial building scale.
