As Director of Benefits and Compensation, Jess leads the Employee Experience team in its strategy for the health and well-being initiatives for our staff of over 350. With nearly two decades of expertise, her passion is mentoring her team and helping to influence change by leading the industry with healthy, innovative employment policies and practices.
