Kit Elsworth volunteers in ILFI’s Energy + Carbon Technical Advisory Group (TAG). As an Associate and Building Performance Specialist at KieranTimberlake, he uses his building science and building performance modeling expertise to deploy technical analysis in topics of energy and carbon modeling, occupant comfort (thermal, daylight, glare, acoustics, air quality), and envelope performance. A key aspect of this role is to interpret research and analysis to both generate actionable design decisions for firm projects and elevate the architectural industry through publications and speaking. Kit also works closely with architectural design teams and clients to lead early design phase sustainability workshops that establish clear, actionable, and holistic sustainability initiatives on all projects.
