Marilyn Specht is a Senior Principal and the Director of Sustainability at SmithGroup. In this role, she works closely with the multidisciplinary Climate IMPACT team and experts across the firm to integrate holistic sustainability and regenerative thinking to scale climate action across the firm.

Previously, Marilyn was the Vice President of Sustainability at Introba. She worked with clients around the world to develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs across their portfolios and within communities.

Combining passion with her experience, Marilyn spends each day working to solve our most complex challenges at the intersection of sustainability, health and wellness, and equity.
