Kansas City, like many cities in the United States, is marked by historical policies and practices of segregation that led to disinvested communities. If the city is to create a regenerative future, our decarbonization efforts must address people, human health, and equity for these front-line communities.

In this member webinar, you will hear from a diverse panel of female representatives from architecture, workforce development and public policy, who have taken a multi-scalar, people-first approach to successful climate plan implementation. They will share stories and examples of projects that utilize equity, embodied culture, and institutional knowledge to positively impact health and wealth and effect lasting policy change.
