Elizabeth Bennett is an enthusiastic advocate for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion at VHB. In this highly collaborative role, Elizabeth partners with members of Corporate Leadership, the People + Culture team, Legal, Sustainability, ERGs, and VHB’s DEIB Steering Committee to evolve and execute the company’s overall DEIB business strategy. Elizabeth also acts as a company liaison with legal counsel, government, and public agencies on affirmative action, nondiscrimination, and equal opportunity employment compliance.

Elizabeth’s passion lies in empowering others to lead happier and healthier lives. Her journey began as a registered pharmacist after earning her BS degree from the University of Rhode Island. Through her diverse roles in pharmaceutical, biotech, and multi-media marketing and sales, she gained invaluable experience and ultimately found her calling as a DEI practitioner. Listening to podcasts, laughing with her son and daughter, and spending time at New Hampshire beaches brings her joy, balance, and fulfillment.
