Bianca Holtier Coury, Associate AIA, LEED Green Associate is the Manager of Continuing Education at Procore, a global connected construction platform committed to improving the lives of everyone in construction. In her role, Bianca is responsible for driving Procore.org’s educational content strategy in concert with industry advancement, social impact, and workforce development program pillars. Through research, thought leadership, and practical applications, Bianca seeks to understand how to best humanize the experience of building healthy, sustainable, inclusive communities. Her expertise is deeply rooted in construction project management, procurement, urban planning, alongside a strong concentration in technology, business development, strategic partnerships, and green building initiatives. Bianca holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Design and Architecture Studies from New York University (NYU). Bianca loves spending time with her husband, two children, and dog on the shores of Lake Erie.
