Jodie Thill, WRID, ASID, LEED ID+C, Sustainable Design Specialist at Flad Architects is responsible for overseeing material sustainability, sustainability education and anything else tossed at her in the name of a healthier planet. Her passion is educating people about the importance of material health and sustainability issues we can impact in our daily lives.

Prior experiences include work as an interior designer at national architectural practices, retail design at an international motorcycle company and teaching in higher education. Each experience contributed to her understanding of business and the importance of communication.

A loyal graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jodie’s degree is in Environment, Textiles & Design. She grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and now raises her family in Madison, Wisconsin enjoying all the seasons have to share.

Outside of work, Jodie watches swim meets, soccer games and ultimate frisbee; spending her free time running, knitting, and keeping plants alive.
