Nick is the Director of Special Projects at the International Living Future Institute. He works closely with external and internal teams to identify pathways to success for project teams facing unique challenges. He also develops compliance paths for clients interested in pursuing ILFI’s certifications at the portfolio level.

Nick brings 15 years of experience with sustainability in the built environment to ILFI. During his seven years at Re:Vision Architecture, Nick consulted with clients ranging from local schools to national financial institutions in pursuit of both green building certifications and improvements to organizational policies. From materials selection to energy performance verification, Nick has a depth and breadth of experience that enables him to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders. He holds a BS from Penn State and an MS from UC Berkeley, both in Civil Engineering. Away from his desk, you’ll find Nick on a bike or with an instrument in his hands.
